Our Team

Building the privacy-first content tool we all wished existed — with a team that practices what we preach.

Tim Roman

Founder & CEO

Tim Roman

Tim is a technology executive and entrepreneur building at the intersection of AI and human productivity. He founded SpecWeave, an agent-first requirements platform, and co-founded FabWise, which brings job profitability and operational insights to small manufacturing shops. Now he leads Postiller — the privacy-first content creation tool he wished existed.

With over a decade of experience helping Fortune 500 companies transform their operations, Tim believes we're at an inflection point where AI stops being a threat narrative and starts being what it actually is: the most powerful tool for helping people do more of what they love.

“AI isn't taking anyone's job,” Tim says. “It's giving everyone a team. The question isn't whether to use it — it's whether you'll use tools that respect you or ones that exploit you. That's why I built Postiller.”

Digital Employees

AI-powered personas who represent our values and help communicate our mission. They're not real people — they're part of how we practice what we preach about AI augmentation.

Each persona is paired with specialized AI agents that help bring Postiller into reality — writing code, creating content, managing operations. As we push the limits of what a single founder can accomplish, these digital employees embody and expand our capabilities.
